“The Man Solving the Housing Crisis In Japan.”

The single biggest challenge that you face when trying to start a physical community is infrastructure. It is a slow, linear push, that doesn't align quite well with communities expecting explosive growth.
Part of why Japan is so attractive to Longevity communities and beyond is because the infrastructure is already there. Granted, you need a certain level of curation: not every real state is in peak condition. But many of these homes were never even inhabited in the first place: people moved to Tokyo for work and purchased their houses back in their hometown and never came back.
Yoshi transforms at night into Akiya-man, the superhero who is finding this houses a proper home. We will have him around during the event helping people wanting to relocate, either totally or partially, to find their dream home.
He's already been extremely helpful connecting us with local people and being our trusted advisor when it comes to Japanese culture.
